Located in the beautiful Waveney Valley on the Suffolk/Norfolk border we are within easy reach of the historic city of Norwich and the Norfolk Broads, Bury St Edmunds with it’s traditional market and Abbey ruins, Ipswich quay, Woodbridge with it’s sailing and Framlingham’s impressive castle, Debenham’s antique shops and the artistic coastal havens of Southwold, Dunwich, Aldeburgh and peaceful Walberswick. Lavenham, Clare and Cavendish are all within easy reach by car. The University city of Cambridge is only 60 minutes away. London Liverpool Street Station is only 90 minutes by train from Diss mainline station.
The cottage and barn are on the outskirts of the tranquil market town of Eye, on a peaceful single track private lane lined with oak trees. Surrounded by at least an acre of gardens, the seclusion of the cottage ensures your privacy during your stay.
Eye is situated on the river Dove and has castle relics and an impressive church and guildhall.
